Presentation of our residence
Residence Manoir Gale has floors offering varying levels of care. For example, the second floor is dedicated for residents with dementia such as Alzheimer disease. First floor is for people with loss of autonomy and the 3rd floor is mainly for non dependant seniors or for people with light cognitive problems.
We have 22 rooms. Each floors offers small, medium et large rooms with private bathrooms. Couples can also live together in large room. Each resident has an emergency call-bell in his room and bathroom. Bracelets are also available ($) to allow them to call for help anywhere in the building or in the garden.
The living room, at the second floor, is a large open area where most of the activities offered at the Manoir Gale take place. We also have a beautiful garden outside for our residents and it's safe especially for Alheimer people.
Classification: Our residence has been certified in 2012 and recertified in march 2016 (valid until march 2020).
Security: building staffed 24/7, fire alarms, sprinklers, 16 fire extinguishers, call-bells, coded entry/exit, generator.
